PURCHASE CONDITIONS
Order Process: To make a purchase, the customer must follow the online purchase process and click on “Pay now.” By doing so, the customer enters into a sales contract with SEL PARAPAR.
Order Confirmation: Once the order is placed, the customer will receive an email confirming its receipt. This confirmation does not imply acceptance of the order, only that it has been received.
Order Acceptance: The order is considered accepted and the sales contract finalized when the customer receives an email confirming that the products have been shipped.
Product Availability: All orders are subject to product availability. If there are any supply issues or items are out of stock, we will refund any amounts the customer may have paid.
Right to Refuse an Order: We reserve the right to withdraw any product from this website at any time and to remove or modify any material or content. While we will always do our best to process all orders, exceptional circumstances may require us to refuse an order even after sending an order confirmation, and we reserve the right to do so at any time.

WARRANTY AND CLAIMS
If you receive a damaged garment or package, you must notify us within 24 hours. Send us an email at info@selparapar.com with photos of the package and the garment. We also recommend informing the delivery person at the time of delivery if the package appears damaged.
We offer a warranty covering manufacturing defects. Please contact us and we will personally assess your case.
